VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
Kickstart your hospital’s film production journey with our 30-minute virtual consultation. This Zoom meeting is designed to introduce you to the basics of filming within a healthcare setting. We’ll walk you through how the process works, answer frequently asked questions, and learn more about your facility’s needs. You’ll also get a brief overview of our background and clear next steps to help your hospital prepare for production opportunities.
VIDEO TOUR SERVICE
Let us virtually walk through your hospital with you. In this live video session via Zoom or FaceTime, you’ll guide our team through key areas of your campus—such as patient rooms, lobbies, exterior gardens, and other unique spaces. As you move through the site, we’ll ask questions and provide feedback in real time to help assess your campus’s filming potential.
OFF-SITE SERVICE
Our Off-Site Service is ideal for hospitals ready to take the next step in offering their campus as a film location. Our experienced team will work directly to your hospital and conduct a thorough review of the entire campus. This includes assessing interiors like patient rooms, operating areas, waiting rooms, administrative offices, and lobbies—as well as outdoor features such as parking structures, helipads, gardens, and main entryways.
We’ll meet with film industry professionals including location scouts, art department representatives, and production teams to ensure your hospital is seen through a cinematic lens. Our team acts as a dedicated liaison between the film production and your internal stakeholders, helping to coordinate walkthroughs, logistics, and schedule access.
Additionally, we’ll review and assist with filming contracts, local permitting needs, liability protocols, and compliance with hospital policies. We can also meet with your executive and legal teams to explain the full scope of filming and how to implement a structured, revenue-generating program on your campus.
PREMIER ON-SITE SERVICE
Our Premier On-Site Service offers full-scale concierge support for hospitals actively participating in recurring or high-profile film productions. This package includes everything from our standard on-site consultation—plus ongoing, hands-on representation for the entire duration of the production process.
We don’t just help you prepare—we stay by your side every step of the way. Our team will return regularly to your campus, providing on-the-ground support for location scouting, pre-production meetings, technical scouts, and filming days. We’ll be your on-site filming representative, helping facilitate communication between hospital departments and film crews, managing access, safety coordination, and last-minute adjustments.
This service includes high-level coordination with your executive and financial leadership to align production opportunities with your hospital’s goals, review insurance and billing requirements, and ensure compliance with patient privacy and operational guidelines. We help streamline everything—from contracts and approvals to real-time troubleshooting—allowing your team to stay focused while we manage the complexities of production.
